About

Katie Holloman is a true native of Greenville, Pitt County, and is the driving force behind Haystack Realty Group,

where she serves as Owner, Founder, and Broker-in-Charge. She is a proud alumna of South Central High School’s

first graduating class. Katie's roots in the community run deep; her father founded Holloman Construction Company

over three decades ago, and her mother taught in Pitt County Schools for more than 25 years. Growing up, Katie

spent much of her time on job sites with her dad and quickly developed a passion for construction and her community.

After graduating with top honors from the Savannah College of Art and Design with a BFA in Advertising and Motion

Graphics, Katie gained valuable experience working in creative fields, including a stint as a Marketing Director.

However, it wasn't long before she discovered her true calling in real estate, where she has been a multi-million dollar

top producer since her first year in the industry. With Haystack, Katie has found the perfect outlet for her passions and

talents, infusing her work with creativity and innovation.

In addition to her Real Estate Broker's license, Katie has a fully unlimited NC General Contractor license. She has also

founded multiple businesses, including a publishing company and a property management company. She has also

held numerous board positions, including Incoming president of the Innerbanks Professional Women in Building

Council. Katie’s natural leadership and mentoring abilities have enabled her to help others reach their full potential

both personally and professionally.

For Katie, building relationships and growing alongside her community is one of the greatest joys of her work. In 2023,

she started a 501c Non-profit, Spread the Hay, to give back to her community. She feels fortunate to collaborate with

such talented and creative individuals every day, and to raise her two sons, Jonah and Nolan, in the same community

that raised her.
