Parade of Homes Judging — Call for Industry Professionals 

The Inner Banks Home Builders Association is seeking Construction and Real Estate Industry Professionals to serve as judges for the 2026 Parade of Homes! 

To ensure a fair and impartial judging process, we’re looking for professionals who work and do business outside of the Pitt and Beaufort County markets. This is a great opportunity to connect with fellow industry professionals, tour exceptional new homes, and lend your expertise to one of our area’s signature events. 

Tuesday, September 15 | 9:00 AM 

Judges will be chauffeured from home to home throughout the day (courtesy of our sponsor, Hasting's Ford), where you’ll evaluate Parade entries using provided judging criteria and materials. 

We’ll take care of the logistics so you can focus on the homes and enjoy the experience. 

We provide: overnight accommodations for those traveling to the area, transportation throughout judging day, all judging materials, and breakfast and lunch. 

If you’re a builder, contractor, architect, designer, real estate pro, developer, supplier, or other construction/real estate industry professional from outside the Pitt-Beaufort County market, we’d love to have you join us.
