2025 IBXHBA Parade of Homes – Event Overview

The 2025 Inner Banks Home Builders Association Parade of Homes is set to showcase the finest in residential construction across our region. Judging for the entries + voting for "Realtors Choice" will take place on Tuesday, September 9th. The entries will be open for public tours on Saturday and Sunday, September 13th and 14th.

This year’s parade will feature a variety of new construction homes open for in-person tours, as well as virtual-only entries highlighting remodeled homes and recently sold properties. 

Hastings Ford proudly serves as the 2025 Parade of Homes sponsor, helping us drive community connection and celebrate quality craftsmanship in homebuilding across the Inner Banks. Stop by their location at 3013 E Tenth St. Greenville, NC to pick up your magazine beginning September 2nd. 

Please use the following registration form to register as either a Parade Judge (from out of town) or a Realtor's Choice Broker's Open Attendee. 

PARADE JUDGE INFO: 

• Official parade judges MUST be from outside of Pitt & Beaufort counties in an effort to eliminate bias. 
• We will provide breakfast and lunch on Tuesday September 9th. 
• Transportation to each home is provided. 
• Overnight Accommodations are provided for guest judges traveling more than 80 miles away. If you need accommodations- please indicate so on the registration form below.

REALTOR'S CHOICE BROKER'S OPEN:

• Realtors are invited to tour Parade Entries on Tuesday morning, September 9th from 9AM-1PM.
• By registering to attend you will be signed up to receive the list of homes open to tour in advance so you can plan your route!
• Voting for the "Realtors Choice Awards" will take place during the same time period. Voting will be done through the Inner Banks Parade Smart Phone App.
• There will be gift cards and incentives selected at random for realtors who are registered and vote on Tuesday. The more homes you visit and vote for- the more entries you get for the giveaways!
