2026 IBXHBA Parade of Homes – Event Overview

The 2025 Inner Banks Home Builders Association Parade of Homes is set to showcase the finest in residential construction across our region. Judging for the entries will take place on Tuesday, September 15th, with public tours scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, September 19th and 20th.

This year’s parade will feature a variety of new construction homes open for in-person tours, as well as virtual-only entries highlighting remodeled homes and recently sold properties. Attendees can explore at their own pace using our dedicated smartphone app, which offers customizable tour routes, or pick up a copy of our printed Parade publication for event maps and home details.
