Invitation to Serve as a 2026 STARS Awards Judge

We invite experienced construction, building, remodeling, design, real estate, and industry professionals from outside Pitt and Beaufort Counties to serve as judges for the 2026 STARS Awards.

Your professional expertise will help us recognize outstanding achievement, craftsmanship, creativity, and service within our local homebuilding industry. Judging will be completed entirely online, making it easy to participate from wherever you are.

Judges will be assigned award entries and provided with pre-made scoring rubrics and clear judging criteria to promote a fair, consistent, and objective evaluation process. You will have two weeks to review and score your assigned entries at your convenience.

The STARS Awards recognize excellence across a broad range of categories, including Sales Professional of the Year, Marketing Campaign of the Year, Best Interior Design, Best Outdoor Living Space, Best Green Single-Family Home, Best Kitchen and Bathroom Remodels, Best Whole Home Remodel, Best Addition, Historic Preservation/Restoration, and Single-Family Production and Custom Homes, along with other professional and industry achievement awards.

By serving as a judge, you'll provide an important outside-industry perspective while helping us celebrate the professionals and projects raising the standard of excellence in our region.
